Beta notice

LimitList is currently a pre-1.0 beta release. It is provided free of charge for testing and feedback. Features may change, break, or be removed without notice. We may introduce paid plans at or after the 1.0 release; if we do, you’ll be notified before any charges apply.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity under your account. Don’t use LimitList for anything illegal, abusive, or that infringes on others’ rights.

Your content

You own what you put into LimitList. By using the service, you grant us the limited right to store and sync your content so the app can work across your devices.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use LimitList to store or distribute illegal content.
  • Don’t scrape, resell, or redistribute the service.

Service availability

As a beta product, LimitList is provided “as is” without warranties. We do our best to keep your data safe and the service running, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from bugs. Keep your own copies of anything critical.

Termination

You can stop using LimitList and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Close Enough Real Good is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LimitList.
